Liberty Gallery at the Affordable Art Fair and Royal Over-Seas League in Magnificent May!

We've got a really exciting month of May ahead of us starting off with the Affordable Art Fair on the glorious Hampstead Heath where we'll be showing fantastic work by our brilliant artists including Bonnie and Clyde, Frances Bloomfield, Dan Hillier, Mark Charlton, Maria Rivans, Oddly Head, Francesca Lupo, Michelle Thompson and Delphine Lebourgeois.  Joining them are three new artists who we are really delighted to launch at this great art exhibition.  Welcome to Benjamin Thomas Taylor, Marcelina Amelia and Sophie Layton.

See us on our usual Stand A3 - if you still need tickets please email or text me and I'll leave them on the door for you (please let me know the day you'd like to visit) patsy@liberty-gallery.com 07881 830709

Our next exciting exhibition is at the magnificent building in Mayfair belonging to the Royal Over-Seas League.  We are honoured to have been invited to show in this wonderful location presenting the work of artists who Edit, Adapt, Evolve from reality to create work that will hang at Over-Seas House, London from 29 May (PV 6-8pm) – 19 August 2018.

All the artists exhibiting take inspiration from what exists be it everyday items, nature, architecture or recognised imagery and they creatively alter these in their practice. Through these works the viewer is aware that they are looking at something new but the experience is uncanny with a familiarity that invites a second glance and often an emotional response. The exhibition will present work during Mayfair Art Weekend where the gallery will be open late on Friday June 29 for Gallery Hop! and present a brunch talk on Saturday June 30 with exhibiting artists Frances Bloomfield and David Wightman expanding on their practice, creative process and how they Edit, Adapt, Evolve to create the work exhibited.

Exhibiting artists: Benjamin Thomas Taylor, Bonnie and Clyde, Dan Hillier, David Wightman, Frances Bloomfield, Joe Webb, Louise McNaught, Lars Tunebo, Magnus Gjoen and Maria Rivans
