Online orders
The works represented on this website are original works which means that they are a one off or a limited print edition.  Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the order status shown on the site is correct an order is only confirmed when we send you an order confirmation by email that your chosen work(s) are available and ready for despatch.  In the event that your chosen work is not available you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.

Can I see the art before I buy?
If you are not familiar with a piece of work you'd like to buy depending on the area in which you live we may be able to arrange for a viewing.  If this is not possible, and you order the artwork but it is not as expected you have 10 days in which to return it to us. Delivery charges will be paid by you.

What about delivery? 
We deliver your artwork straight to your door, just select the delivery option you want at the checkout. Typically, for unframed works, delivery within the UK is £15, but this can change with framed, larger or more fragile artwork. We also deliver to Europe and the Rest of the World, and prices will depend on location. Please get in touch if you would like a quote before you buy. Once delivery has been made you will be e-mailed a tracking reference number or given details of the courier providing the service. Overseas clients will be responsible to pay and customs duties for international shipments

Can I pick my artwork up?
Yes, this is possible, we would be happy to discuss this further at time of purchase.

Will the artwork be framed? 
The majority of the artwork we sell will be unframed prints.  If you particularly want a piece framed we can quote you beforehand for this or recommend a framer in an area local and convenient to you.

Can I change my mind?
Yes, you have a 10 days return period. The works are to be returned in the same condition to receive a full refund.  We ask that you return the items in the original packaging or equivalent using a courier service approved by us.  A full refund of the cost of your purchased work will be made within 1 month of receipt by us.  Delivery costs cannot be refunded.

How can I pay?
You can use  Visa, MasterCard and American Express to pay online or we can take payment by phone or send you an invoice with bank details for a BACS payment
 

What happens if the art arrives damaged?
You will be required to sign for the delivered package so it is your responsibility to inspect the work on delivery. If your work should arrive damaged please record the damage in detail with the person making the delivery, and contact us immediately by phone or email. We recommend that you photograph any damage to the external packaging before opening and of the work when opened. We strongly recommend unframed art is removed from tubes by a framer/professional used to handling fine art prints. We will refund or if possible replace any damaged works
